Conference Call: Registration Instructions Step 1: Please submit $10 payment via PayPal. Step 2: After your payment is made, you will receive an emailed link to the Registered Participant form. Step3: Complete the Registered Participant form by the Friday 5p.m. PST prior to the date of the scheduled conference call. Step 4: On the day of the Conference Call, during the designated time, please follow the instructions that are included on the Registered Participant link. Thank you for your participation.
