A full immersion opportunity for students who are looking for various experiences regarding all aspects of horsemanship and riding.  Must be both reliable and responsible with a self motivated positive attitude to help with daily/weekly chores,  unforeseen situations and horse related activities in exchange for unlimited training and learning opportunities.

Our facility is NOT a social center, so if you're looking for that "busy barn" feel , TEC is not the appropriate place for you.  Rather we have clients and horses that travel to work with us from all over the U.S. to utilize our individualized training style and programs and appreciate the supportive, nonjudgmental, low key atmosphere.

TEC’s Goal:
The ultimate goal for us is to find that the student’s effort, labor and time is beneficial to TEC without having their presence be a cause for extra concern or stress because of having to “baby-sit” their actions or decisions.
